The back cover reproduces the original 1966 LP back cover, but the track listing and personnel is incorrect for this release. On releases from 1975 onwards, the track "Exhibition" with Bennie Maupin on tenor saxophone was replaced with Alan Shorter's composition "Mephistopheles" from the same session, although most of these reissues list the original tracks and personnel.
