The sleeve is a unique picture sleeve, which isn't issued on other records from Skynyrd.
It has the same catalogue number (MCA 1948) as the Promo 'free bird (live)' from 1976, which was released in the USA. With the same live version on it.
This 7" from Italy contains two live versions of Free Bird and Gimme 3 Steps, which also were tracks on their live album "One More For The Road". This 7" has the same 4:55 version of Free Bird as is on that LP.
In the USA this 7" version of Free Bird (live) was also later released as an A-track singel with the catalogue number MCA 40665, but that track was issued with the b-track 'searching' and not with 'gimme 3 steps' as this Italian issue has. That one also has a different catalogue number.

This combination of a-track/b-track is Italian only.
