Differences between this version and the first version are that the cover uses orange/red ink in place of pink ink on the front cover. Red ink is also used on the reverse for the words "Talk - Action = 0". There is no colored ink used at all in the boxes at the bottom of the reverse of the cover where the original 1st pressing was pink. Also, there is a difference on the label for "Side B" or "That Side". Virus 24 appears with the word "Virus" above the number "24" where on the 1st Pressing the words are together as "Virus 24".

This Reissue also included a pink insert with Alternative Tentacles stuff for sale. One of the items is "D.O.A. - Let's Wreck The Party" which was released in 1985... This reissue of War on 45 was released around the same time.]
