Issued in a gatefold sleeve with photographs of the artists and credits, including lyrics for the songs, these copies are all number stamped on the front, the release was also sold in generic black sleeves with no artwork (Wide Angle) and as Wide Angle which was not numbered. All tracks appear as full length versions (A2, C2, D1, D2 are longer than the partially mixed tracks that appear on all the CD releases of the album).
