Notes

This is a Japanese bootleg 'Live' double-vinyl album. It's source is from stereo FM broadcast, Kyoto Feb 1981. It comes in a single red folded sheet with Mick Karn's sculptures printed on red labels. Album title only 'Japan' on this pressing although fans know it as 'Kyoto 1981'.

During Track D1 'European Son', David Sylvian starts to sing the wrong lyrics but corrects himself halfway through a verse.

An edited version came out on CD titled: 'Oriental Performance 1980'.
