A.k.a. Beatles '65. This is a true stereo (not duophonic) edition released at the same time as the mono one.

Between 1964 and 1965 Odeon tried to "test the waters" by releasing stereophonic editions of certain albums. They all had the same sleeves produced for the mono copies, but with a yellow "Odeon gravação estereofônica" ("stereophonic recording") sticker on the front cover. As few people in Brazil had stereo sound systems back then, these records weren't produced in big quantities and also didn't sell much.
