This is the first version of the US release (500.000 units), that showed only O-Jay and Patsy on the front cover. Arista worried that they would face another scandal similar to Milli Vanilli, as Patsy did not actually sing on the tracks nor did she sing live. To resolve this issue, new member Vanessa Mason, who could actually sing, though doesn't appear in the recordings on this album, joined the group and was added to the cover artwork. This edition was quickly removed from circulation and was subsequently repressed to include Vanessa.
