Althought the cassette says Copyright 1989, the "20 Years The Hard Way" compilation lists this cassette EP (the bands first pro-produced) as not released until 1990. It was recorded and released after Ricardo and Burgess played together in Greg Perry's short-lived band Zyklone. When Zyklone folded Juan re-formed Attaxe, bringing Burgess with him. The release party for the EP took place on April 29, 1990 at the Agora Ballroom, in Cleveland, with opening acts Diabolicus and Rough Honor.
