The additional vocal credits for "Albert (Macintalk)" (track 5), "Carlos & Catalina (Macintalk)" (track 6), "Junior (Macintalk)" (track 7), "Ralph (Macintalk)" (track 10) and "Bubbles (Macintalk)" (track 11) do not refer to existing persons but to samples from the Macintosh "MacinTalk" speech synthesis program. "Robert (VocalWriter)" (track 11) is a sample from the Macintosh "VocalWriter" speech synthesis program.

Track 11 (7:28) contains two hidden tracks (11.3 and 11.5). A cover of "Daisy Bell (Bicycle Built For Two)", including a portion of dialogue from '2001: A Space Odyssey' and created entirely with MacinTalk, appears after a brief silence; after a second silence, the "Droplet" alert sound from the Mac OS operating system (v. 3.1 to 9) appears in the final seconds of the record. "Droplet" was removed for future remasters.
