Issued in generic white die-cut poly lined paper sleeve with handwritten catalog number and stamped date on A-side label. The artist's name and album title may likewise be handwritten on the A-side label. Certain copies may additionally have the tracklisting handwritten on the sleeve.

Some copies are dated "14 AOUT 1985" (14 August 1985), while others are dated "3 SEPT 1985" (3 September 1985). The two differently dated variants of this test pressing both bear the same runout etchings, so they were presumably pressed using the same stampers.
