Notes on bonus material:
Track 9: Recorded at "Beckthorns" in January 1972.
This classic John Lodge composition was the first song to be completed during the initial sessions for "Seventh Sojourn". The final version that appeared as a single and on the album was edited from this original master which features an extended instumental middle section. Due to time constraints the decision was taken to omit this passage of the original recording on both the single and final album master tapes. The complete version of "Isn't Life Strange" was discovered whilst researching this expanded CD reissue and appears for the first time.

Tracks 10 and 11: Recorded at "Beckthorns" in January 1972.

Track 12: Recorded at Decca Studios, Tollington Park, London on 14th February 1973.
This excellent Justin Hayward song lay languishing in the archives until it was located whilst researching this expanded CD reissue. It is the sole remnant of abortive sessions for a proposed eighth Moody Blues album which was later abandoned. The reasons for "Island" failing to gain a release are unclear, but it is with great pride that is finally presented on this expanded remastered reissue of "Seventh Sojourn".
