Uncut 12" version of the commercially released 7" picture disc issued in generic clear PVC flapped sleeve. The uncut portions of the record are clear vinyl. Limited to 30 copies, 10 of which were sold (for £30) at Mute's stall at the Independent Label Market (ILM) at Brewers' Market in Spitalfields, London on Saturday, 26 November 2016.

Track titles and further credits do not appear on the release itself and are sourced from the commercial version, since the runout stampings on both versions are identical. The release was cataloged as UMUTE553 on Mute's price guide for the ILM stall. This catalog number, however, does not appear anywhere on the release itself.
