Originally sold in a bundle that contained:

1) an Oxy Moronic bonus 7" on orange/white split vinyl (Category FAT295-7, which is also the third part of Original Demos Series, pressed on 550 copies). Some copies of this single were sold as stand alone during Fat Wreck Record Store opening of Dec 16th, 2016. See Oxy Moronic.
2) a black "Fist Ditch Effort" T-Shirt

Track C of the 7" has the "slow drums bridge" mix as the CD version, while the LP version has a fast drums bridge.

Since the included 7" was sold as bundled with this version, please DO NOT add it as a separate release.
